Our Vision

HD Track & Field Club endeavor to develop inclusive, mentally engaged youth through elite sports programming, specialized training, and athletic competion to promote the foundation of vital life skills while fostering personal growth.

Fly With the Golden Eagles

HD Golden Eagles competes under Athletics Ontario as a member club.

International Development

Ages 13-20

4-5 Days a week

-Performance Mindset, Academics, Race Modeling, Speed, Power & Strength

Youth Development 

Ages 8-12

2-3 Days a week

-Tech, Speed, Agility & Strength

House League 
Speed Training

Athlete Performance Group

This program is designed to work on performance skills like sprinting, jumping, change of direction, and fundamental strength.

House League

These athletes ages15 and under will have the opportunity to compete each month in a skills combine to show performance progress. There will be prizes and gifts for athletes competing

Speed Training

These athletes will train and develop athletic skills that will allow them to be faster and will translate to team sports like hockey and soccer. This program is geared toward developing footwork and reactivity along with speed and endurance.

Group Running

HD Recreational Runner

Learn to Run and Have Fun

This program is designed for people of all ages who want to get active and join a running and walking group. We gather twice a week for a long run or walk and work to educate people on injury prevention, proper running technique, and have fun while we do it.  This is more of a social and accountability group. There are no expectations of running experience. Bring your shoes and let's go.
